SHIPPING POLICY

At Zenvopk, we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and promptly to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and any related matters.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on zenvopk.store are processed within 1 to 2 business days after Order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Zenvopk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

The following table provides an overview of our standard shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Shipping costs for Local orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping thresholds and promotions may apply and will be clearly displayed on the website.

 

4. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We partner with leading courier services within Pakistan to ensure reliable and timely delivery across all major cities and towns, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

4.1 Standard Delivery

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4.2 Express Delivery

Express delivery is available in select cities and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders within Pakistan. COD orders are subject to an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Packaging

Every Zenvopk order is carefully packaged to ensure your timepiece arrives in perfect condition. Watches are secured in protective packaging and, where applicable, shipped in branded boxes. We take pride in our presentation and ensure that every order is fit for gifting right out of the box.

 

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8.1 Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, extreme weather, customs holds, or national holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

8.2 Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic), please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to locate your shipment. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at your discretion.

 

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

        Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt

        Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a courier claim

        Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zenvopkstore@gmail.com or +92 301 8759555 with your order number and photos

We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

 

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because you were not available at the provided address, the courier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier using your tracking number.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. We will contact you to arrange this.

 

11. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at zenvopkstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 301 8759555. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that address updates can be made once an order has been dispatched.
